About me
I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Living Systems Institute (University of Exeter, United Kingdom) with Kirsty Y. Wan. I am studying the behaviour of various microorganisms.
I recently finished my first postdoc at LadHyX at École polytechnique (Institut Polytechnique de Paris), working with Gabriel Amselem. I worked on the erosion of microfluidic channels in collaboration with Karen Alim from TUM (Technische Universität München), Germany, as well as the rich interactions between swimming micro-algae and passive particles.

Before my postdocs, I obtained my PhD (2018-2022) in Fluid Mechanics from université Paris-Saclay, under the supervision of Harold Auradou and Frédéric Moisy. I worked on the dynamics of soil bacteria suspensions. I characterised their aerotactic behaviour, and then discovered a surprising clustering phenomenon in the presence of passive micro-particles.

I graduated from École polytechnique in 2016 (Palaiseau, France), and from Polytechnique Montréal in 2018 (Canada) where I conducted my master thesis on the oxygenation of a water flow under the supervision of Stéphane Étienne and Jérôme Vétel.
